The content you share will be used exclusively for our Magazine, Website, and verified social media channels(such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube) to spotlight and celebrate your child’s story.

You always retain ownership of your photos. By submitting, you grant Iconic Fashion Kids a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, publish, and promote your photos and content as part of our editorial and promotional materials.

Any photos not selected for publication will be securely deleted after review.

We will always credit you or your child’s name (or social media handle if provided) whenever the content is featured.

Iconic Fashion Kids celebrates families of all backgrounds — we do not discriminate based on gender, orientation, race, color, disability, or religion.

By submitting this form, I grant Iconic Fashion Kids permission to use my child’s image, likeness, and story in print and digital publications, website features, social media posts, and related promotional content.
I understand that submissions may be edited, formatted, or adapted for design purposes, and that no additional payment will be provided unless agreed upon in writing.

I acknowledge that I can reach out to [email protected] at any time with questions or requests regarding my child’s content.

I understand that I may request removal of photos for future posts or online features in the future by contacting [email protected],
with the understanding that previously printed or distributed materials cannot be withdrawn.

I confirm that I am over 18 years of age and the parent or legal guardian of the minor(s) featured.
This consent is binding upon me, my heirs, and legal representatives, and reflects mutual respect and understanding between my family and Iconic Fashion Kids.
