You always retain ownership of your photos. By submitting, you grant Iconic Fashion Kids a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, publish, and promote your photos and content as part of our editorial and promotional materials.

Any photos not selected for publication will be securely deleted after review.

We will always credit you or your child’s name (or social media handle if provided) whenever the content is featured.

I understand that submissions may be edited, formatted, or adapted for design purposes, and that no additional payment will be provided unless agreed upon in writing.
